The Fleet Controller page is used to assist your controllers to easily assign the jobs that have been allocated to them by the respective Planner.
You will only see the fleets that are assigned to you as a controller
Click on the order you wish to distribute and then enter the desired loads in the assign loads column in the bottom grid for the fleet you wish to assign the loads to
Once you are done assigning click on a any different cell than assign loads and click on “Save”
On the right of the active orders grid there is a drop-down to view orders or cancel jobs
If you want to cancel a job you have assigned then click on the down arrow and select “Cancel Job”
You do not have to assign all the loads immediately
If you click on the heading “Fleet Controller” at the top of page it will export a excel file
As soon as a job has been assigned here it will display on the Daily Updates page for that specific fleet.
