Select an active order by clicking on the line item, this will open the companies in bottom grid to who you can assign the loads for the active order
On the right of the active orders grid there is a dropdown to view orders or cancel jobs
Assign loads in the Companies’ grid
In the Active orders grid you will see that the current order has 333 un-allocated loads to be assigned to either 1 or multiple companies
Select a company you wish to assign loads to and enter the number of loads/tons you wish to assign.
Then select next company and do exactly the same.
Once you have signed finished assigning loads click on one of the cells next to assign loads/tons then click on “Save”
If you want to cancel a job you have assigned then click on the down arrow and select “Cancel Job”
You do not have to assign all the loads immediately
If you click on the heading “Operational Manager” at the top of page it will export a excel file
If you assign more loads that what is available you will get the following warning at the top right of the page
