On this page you can update the trip details for a specific day. This assists with any jobs or diesel that could not be captured by the driver on the tablet.
Also note that when you load this page you will get the warning messages for upcoming expiries of driver information
Start Km: only populated manually when fleet starts, going forward it updates from previous day end of day KM (truck odometer reading at start)
End Km: odometer reading in truck at end of day (comes from tablet or you can manually enter it here as controller)
Daily Km: calculated automatically
Fuel (litres): how much fuel did you fill in for the day (comes from tablet or you can manually enter it here as controller)
Odometer: odometer reading when fuel loaded (comes from tablet or you can manually enter it here as controller)
Fill up station: where driver filled up. Select from the dropdown (comes from tablet or you can manually enter it here as controller)
Remaining fields are populated automatically.
Double diesel: only used if a truck fills in more than once during a day (same process as diesel fill)
Bottom grid shows the job updates for the current fleet
The jobs displayed here is based on the jobs you have allocated on Fleet Controller page. If you need to assign a job while on this page, you can do it on this page making use of the “Create quick trip” button on the bottom left of this page. You can reorder trips by drop and dragging them in the grid.
There are different additional options available to you as controller on this section which you can see by clicking on the arrow dropdown on the right to see available options
Mark as In-transit: Use this to manually capture a job that driver was not able to capture on the tablet. It will ask you for all the same information as the driver would need to capture on the tablet. POD Number, GVM, Tarr and Weighbridge
View Empty Leg: See the planned empty leg as approved for the fleet by planner (this is view only)
View order: See the order information for this job (this is view only)
Create quick trip: you can replace the current trip with a new one if there are suddenly changes at the mine
Mark Complete (Not currently displayed): After you have marked a trip in-transit this option will become available in the same dropdown
