Driver Daily Update gives you an overview of a drivers work done of a 7 day period.

The information displayed here is based on all trips and diesel that are loaded against a drivers user profile for the period specified.

  • Click on “Status” for a specific driver on a specific day. You need to select 1 option


    1. You will be given a dropdown of the following options 


      1. Driver On – Driver on truck

      2. Driver Off – driver not working

      3. Half Day – worked half day

      4. Sick Leave – on sick leave

      5. Annual Leave (Paid) – driver requested to be paid while on leave

      6. Annual Leave (Unpaid) – normal unpaid leave

      7. Training – driver on training

      8. Inductions – driver on induction

      9. Service – fleet is being serviced (Driver will still be paid)


  • Click on “Subsistence” for a specific driver on a specific day. You need to select 1 option

Subsistence is given to drivers that were required to sleep on the truck being away from home


    1. You will be given a dropdown of the following options


      1. No Subsistence 

      2. Local 

      3. Cross Border Subsistence 

      4. Short Haul Shifts Work 


Please ensure the correct status and subsistence is selected for each day, as this affects how the wages are calculated for that day for the driver
