The purpose of the subcontractor module is to allow you to easily keep control of all work you are outsourcing to other trucking companies to allow you to invoice the client for all trips completed.
The Subcontractor Management page is the starting point for assigning work to subbies (Subcontractors) in TMS.
This works similar to the Client Management page but is not as detailed.
- To load a new Subcontractor in TMS simply click on NEW
From this modal that appears you need to enter all the following information to complete the process
- Subcontractor Name
- Name Prefix
- Client Reference code
- VAT Number - can only be 0-9
- Registration number
- Contact Number: must be 10 digits with no spaces
- Physical Address - complete all fields
- Postal Address - complete all fields
Once you have completed this click on Create
- To edit a existing Subcontractor in TMS simply click on EDIT
From this modal that appears you need to enter all the following information to complete the process
- Subcontractor Name
