This page is to be used by all controllers before they issue a new POD book to a truck driver to ensure that the PODs in the new book are not conflicting with PODs that are already in circulation in the system.
This is to avoid having duplicate PODs in the system. We do not allow for a POD to be used more than once.
Go to the settings page in your TMS
Enter the POD/PODS that you wish to verify and click on search
Filter on the company and date to find the batch that was processed into SAGE
This tells you if you can issue the desired book to a truck if it is available. If unavailable then please do not issue book to truck
