The SMS portal is used to send bulk SMS's to drivers from TMS if you have this option available on your system.
You can either sms all drivers at once, or create groups to only send messages to specific drivers at a time.
Select the users you wish to SMS by clicking on “Add / Add All”
You can the click on “Remove” if you incorrectly add a user for SMS
Type message and the click on “Send” when you are done
