Click on “Sim Card Management” in settings to see all sim cards loaded on system




Adding a new sim card


  1. Click on “New” at bottom of page. You will then be presented with the following pop-up window.




  • Company – select from available dropdown

  • SIM ID – SIM card id 

  • Mobile Number – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • PUK – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • PIN – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • Status – select form the available dropdown




  • Service Provider– select form the available dropdown

  • Associated Device – select form the available dropdown that is populated in “Device Management” in settings


Then click on “Create” to save sim management


Edit and existing sim card


  1. Click on “Edit” at bottom of page. You will then be presented with the following pop-up window.





  • Company – select from available dropdown

  • SIM ID – SIM card id 

  • Mobile Number – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • PUK – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • PIN – must be filled, no special characters or spaces

  • Status – select form the available dropdown



  • Service Provider– select form the available dropdown

  • Associated Device – cannot be edited

  • Tablet Number – cannot be edited

  • Fleet # – cannot be edited


Then click on “Save” to save the sim management
