This view displays all the fleet that are loaded within TMS. This table also contains in-grid filter to see a specific fleets information.
If you click on the dropdown arrow on the far right you can link a relevant tablet to the device.
Adding a New Fleet
Click on “New” at bottom of page. You will then be presented with the following pop-up window.
Fleet ID – automatically generated by TMS
Recommended Managing Company - Select from drop-down
Fleet# - Your company fleet number for the truck
Fleet Controller – which controller is responsible for managing this truck
Make – must be filled in
Model – must be filled in
Year Model – must be filled in
Registration – must be filled in
Tarr – must be filled in
License disk expiry – must be uploaded
Permit expiry – must be filled in
Editing an existing Fleet
Click on “Edit” at bottom of page. You will then be presented with the following pop-up window.
Fleet ID – cannot be edited
Recommended Managing Company – cannot be edited
Fleet# - Your company fleet number for the truck
Fleet Controller – which controller is responsible for managing this truck
Make – must be filled in
Model – must be filled in
Year Model – must be filled in
Registration – must be filled in
Tarr – must be filled in
License disk expiry – must be uploaded
Permit expiry – must be filled in
Transfer an existing Fleet
Click on “Edit” at bottom of page. You will then be presented with the following pop-up window.
Fleet Alias – select the fleet you wish to transfer
Transfer to Company – where you want to move fleet to.
Holding company is trucks no longer in service
New Managing Fleet Controller – which controller is responsible for managing this truck
Click on “Transfer” to complete the transfer
