Revenue Report
The revenue report allows you to see what is happening on a
daily basis for a 2-week period (14 Days back). The “Total MTD” adds
all totals from the 1st of the month up until 1 day back from
current date (Month-to-Date).

Field Descriptions
Ø Date – Shows
the specific date for the rows line data
Ø Revenue – This
is based on trips completed for the day, the revenue is made up of the invoice
tonnages multiplied by the rate per ton of orders
Ø Projected
Revenue – This is a rough indication of the revenue projected
for the day based on trips still in-transit and planned for the day
Ø Ave
Rev/Truck – This shows you the average revenue that is generated
per truck for each day
Ø Total KM – This
shows you the total km’s
travelled for the day for all trucks that have an end of day km on the daily
update page
Ø Ave
KM/Truck – This shows you how many km’s each truck did on average for the day
Ø RPK off - RPK Off represents the rate per kilometer a fleet does on/between a certain
date. The Revenue represents the total revenue the fleet has achieved based on
the total invoice tons (Based on order invoice location) multiplied by the RPT
(Rate Per Ton) assigned to the order during creation. This revenue is then
divided by the off-to-off distance which is basically the last known trips’ odometer before the selected date to
the latest trip. What this means is the empty leg between the last know trip is
also considered (As opposed to normal RPK which just takes the trips within
range, excluding the empty leg).
Ø RPK
Distance – In this case the only difference in formula is the
"Total Daily Km", the major difference between normal RPK and RPK Off
is that distance used is based on the total daily km distance which is captured
on the "Daily Update Page". This distance represents the total
overall distance irrelevant of trip and empty leg distances. Basically, the distance
travelled from the initial start of day to the end of day even if no trips are
completed on that day.
Ø KM/L – This shows how many km per litre each truck
does on average
Ø Diesel %
- The fuel cost is made up from calculating the total number of liters
filled by a given fleet and multiplies that by the effective cost at the given
fill up fuel station. The effective cost is the cost at the time of fill up
based on the price/litre between the ranges on the fuel station management
page. This cost is also calculated on a fuel station to fuel station basis. The
formula deals with calculating the ratio/percentage of diesel cost vs the
revenue brought in for the particular fleet.
Ø Average
GM – The
total GVM mass at pickup is used in order to calculate the average GVM and is
divided by the total number of trips in order to calculate the average GVM for
any given fleet.
