Daily Controls Report
The daily controls report is to track your activity and is
automatically sent out to all relevant authorities at specific times of the day.
Fleets with missing end of day

This report shows you how many fleets are missing end of day
kilometers for the date shown in the heading.
For example, the first row shows a “18” under “1 Day Tue Mar 19”, this means that the specific
controller has 18 fleets with a missing daily log from one day back (yesterday).
For the column named “5 Days
+”. This shows us how many fleets have
missing end of day kilometers tracking 3 days back before 5 days +.
Controllers with Fleets In-Transit

This report is to show us how the controllers have been
planning their jobs. This shows us how many fleets currently have a certain
number of jobs in their distribution list which can be located on the “Daily Updates” page in the lower grid.

For example (reading data from the
right), Andre has 18 fleets that have no jobs “0 Jobs”, 0
fleets that have 1 Job and so forth. The
best outcome of this report is to have 5 Jobs and over “5 Jobs
+” for every fleet available.
Trips not Received
This report is to show us how many trips per controller have
not been received in the week displayed (Week is the week number of the year).

For example, Josef has 6 trips that have not been received in “week 11” of 2019.
Received not Processed
This report will become important once we have the connection
established between TMS and SAGE 200 Evolution.
This report shows you how many trucks have completed the
full cycle of receiving but the data has not been pushed into Evolution yet and
in which week of the year these items are lying open.
